Talisman provides real support by real people helping you as and when you need it. You can email, telephone or use on-line Internet access. All support requests are routed through a high quality first-line support team who log and deal with it directly or, where necessary, route it to the appropriate resource for resolution. In a small number of cases development staff will be requested to investigate issues and if necessary issue patches to clear the problem. Any patches that are issued are added to the release area for inclusion in the next full release of the product module.
